Terms of Service

ALLIN1 provides a crypto intelligence workspace that can organize Investigations, Signals, Calls, People, Wallets, Tracking, Spaces, and bounded Agents. Features may be private beta, experimental, rate-limited, or unavailable in some regions. We may change, suspend, or retire a feature as the product develops.

Information shown in ALLIN1 may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, mislabeled, or based on public sources that later change. A label, score, Signal, Investigation, or Call is a research aid—not a promise that an asset, person, project, or wallet is safe, authentic, profitable, or suitable for you.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email, sessions, wallet keys, recovery phrases, and Agent credentials secure.
• One person may not create accounts to evade a restriction, abuse a beta invitation, manipulate accountability records, or bypass usage limits.
• Identity linking is optional. Linking X or another provider connects an identity to your existing account; it does not transfer ownership of either account.

ALLIN1 is a software and information service. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, portfolio manager, financial planner, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Nothing in the service is an offer, recommendation, solicitation, or guarantee to buy, sell, hold, stake, bridge, mint, borrow, lend, or otherwise transact in any digital asset.

Cryptoassets and on-chain transactions are highly volatile and may result in total loss, theft, irreversible mistakes, smart-contract failure, protocol failure, sanctions exposure, fraud, or loss of access. You are solely responsible for your decisions, due diligence, taxes, regulatory obligations, wallet permissions, transaction review, slippage, fees, and risk limits. Past performance, Alpha Scores, rankings, and measured outcomes do not predict future results.

ALLIN1’s Wallets features may display public wallet intelligence and may help you prepare or simulate actions. Where live execution is available, it is optional, non-custodial, and controlled by an explicit user mandate. An Agent is a bounded service principal; it is not an owner of your wallet and does not receive authority beyond the permissions you independently approve.

• Never provide ALLIN1 or an Agent with a private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase.
• Review every mandate, allowed chain, asset, limit, expiry, and transaction before authorizing it.
• We do not guarantee that a transaction will be submitted, confirmed, reversible, profitable, or protected from network, contract, provider, or wallet failure.
• Space creators, strategy publishers, and other Members do not receive implicit control over your wallet or funds.

Spaces are creator-owned community intelligence areas. Creators and Members are responsible for the content, Calls, research, links, and messages they publish. A Space’s claims and performance are not endorsed by ALLIN1 merely because they appear on the service.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant ALLIN1 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service, subject to your Space’s visibility settings and the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

Do not publish private personal information, stolen material, confidential information, malware, impersonation, market manipulation, unlawful investment solicitation, or content that violates another platform’s rules or another person’s rights.

You may not:

• break the law, evade sanctions, facilitate fraud, launder funds, manipulate markets, or use the service for unauthorized financial activity;
• probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or private-beta restrictions;
• use ALLIN1 to collect credentials, private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive personal information from another person;
• misrepresent ALLIN1 outputs as verified facts, guaranteed returns, regulated advice, or an endorsement;
• copy, resell, frame, or commercially exploit the service or its datasets except as expressly allowed by a written agreement; or
• use bots or Agents outside their documented scope, or permit an Agent to act without a valid mandate and audit trail.

ALLIN1 depends on third parties such as Supabase, X, hosting providers, social and market-data providers, blockchain RPCs, AI providers, payment providers, and links to external sites. Their availability, terms, pricing, accuracy, permissions, and privacy practices are outside our control. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

Public blockchain records are persistent by design. Deleting your ALLIN1 account cannot erase a transaction from a blockchain or remove public information held by a source provider.

ALLIN1 and its software, visual design, branding, documentation, compiled datasets, and original content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the service for your own lawful research. No other rights are granted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that Signals, data, scores, Calls, Agents, or outputs will be complete, current, error-free, profitable, or free of harmful code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALLIN1 and its operators, contributors, providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, assets, data, goodwill, access, or business. This includes losses arising from markets, wallets, transactions, smart contracts, networks, providers, AI outputs, account compromise, or a user’s reliance on service content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, the public, or an investigation; respond to legal process; address abuse; or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion subject to the Privacy Policy and records that must be retained for security, legal, or accountability purposes.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post an updated effective date. If a material change affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer and privacy protections that apply where you live. Any governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, and paid-service terms required for a commercial launch should be completed by the service operator with qualified legal counsel.
